Diamond Shores Remodel
This house had amazing potential from the start! Take high ceilings, plenty of space, and a gorgeous lakeview then rework the layout and add in some high-end finishes and you have yourself a show stopper!
The exterior stone was replaced with fresh stucco and paint. Windows and doors were swapped out. New pavers and beautiful landscaping were the finishing touches!
Custom trim work and tongue and groove ceilings were added to the foyer as well as a statement chandelier. This leads to the new sitting area with a custom glass wine room. It then looks out to the rear lanai through new 12' tall sliding glass doors.
Back inside, the kitchen layout was modified to flow right into the rest of the space, creating an open floorplan. Part of the garage was added to the living space, making a 100 square foot walk-in pantry of Pinterest dreams.
The lanai was transformed to the ultimate resort-style paradise featuring an outdoor fireplace, tongue and groove ceilings, a spacious outdoor kitchen, built-in pool, and dock down to the lake.
The changes continue into the Owner's Suite. The plumbing in the bathroom was completely reran to utilize space as much as possible leaving us with a huge walk-in shower behind the freestanding tub. The previous office space has been transformed into a closet of dreams.
Plenty of other custom features were done in this home! More of the garage was reworked to be a mudroom and laundry room. Two bedrooms were added to the upstairs space as well as a dry bar. There was no skimping on any element of this outstanding home!
