The Belleview Remodel
This 1970's house was in need of an update! The owner wanted to take advantage of the gorgeous lakeview and maximize sight in her backyard while giving the rest of the house the love and attention it needed.

The exterior received new siding, roof, garage door, front door, shutters, and of course, a new coat of paint!
The sidelights were removed, and the front door was replaced. We did away with the popcorn ceiling and added a tray with tongue and groove to add a bit of height to the foyer.

With the removal of the brick fireplace and wall separating the living room and kitchen, the space feels larger and has a cleaner flow. The ceiling was also vaulted to add more height to the room.

Walking in used to run you into the back of a large, brick fireplace. Now you are greeted with a beautiful view of the lake! An electric fireplace stands to the side of the room with a chevron shiplap finish to brighten the space.

The kitchen was completely reworked with new finishes and an island, making a perfect space for hosting!

The layouts of both bathrooms were completely redesigned to make them more functional with up-to-date finishes.
The sliding glass door in the primary bedroom was widened, and the ceiling received a coffer, making this space feel a lot more spacious. The double closet was also transformed into a large walk-in closet.

Along with the rest of the house, the remaining bedrooms also received updated flooring, doors, trim, windows, drywall, paint, and the removal of the popcorn ceiling.
