Contractor Adam Edgington is a third generation home builder with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He created Trilogy Homes in hopes to one day pass on the Company to his three sons. Trilogy Homes is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and high quality custom homes built to meet the individual needs of every owner and their families. Trilogy Homes currently serves Central Florida Counties including Lake, Sumter, Orange, Volusia, Seminole, Osceola, Polk and Marion Counties. We also offer move in ready homes, custom renovations and additions with the same quality craftsmanship that we offer in new custom home construction. Adam is a Certified Building Contractor with designations in Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS I, II & III) and Certified Green Professional (CGP). He is a member of the Home Builders Association of Lake-Sumter and currently serves as a Builder Director and is also a member of the National Association of Home Builders. In 2018, Adam was the proud recipient of the Lake County Home Builders Association 2018 Builder of the Year.
