The Concorde Remodel
This 1960's house needed a little love. While only making minor tweaks to the layout, these owners wanted to add a modern flare and extend the lanai to take advantage of the beautiful lakeview!

The exterior received a metal roof, a fresh coat of paint, modern garage doors, and a paver driveway.

The front door and sidelight was swapped out for a new door that complimented the modern style of the new garage door.
The walls separating the living spaces were removed to give the house an open concept.
Instead of dark beams making the ceilings seem even lower, a vault had been integrated to give more height to the space, making it feel larger.

The kitchen was updated with a beautiful lighted waterfall countertop, painted cabinets, and stainless steel appliances.

A wet bar was added to the dining room with a quartzite countertop continued up the backsplash, under cabinet lighting, and glass accents.

The previously classic pink and blue bathrooms were transformed to modern personal spas.

Sleek tile and countertops, floating vanities, and lighted mirrors gave the rooms a fresh update.
