Shell Building
Shell building is for the do-it yourself-er who does not have the knowledge, equipment or experience to handle the hardest aspect of home building. By contracting Trilogy Homes, we will take care of the footers and foundation, concrete slab, concrete block, engineered roof trusses, decking and dry-in. Take away the headache of the most demanding part of the project and let us use our buying power and experience to get the job done for you.
Green Building
When you make the decision to build "Green," you have chosen to reduce the burden on the environment and add value to your home through a voluntary Florida Green Home designation as administered by the Florida Green Building Coalition. Benefits include increased profitability, affordability of operation and maintenance, and improved air quality and durability of the home. Contractor Adam Edgington is an NAHB certified Green Building Professional and an experienced Green Home builder.
